• Wind Farm construction over-sight and coordination of subcontractors.
• Pre-Bid review of MEP Subcontractors for "Out of Area" projects for a General Contractor.
• Logistics Coordination – Assisting a large vendor with owner purchased electrical equipment at the manufacturing facility, equipment receiving and inspection on site and third party commissioning and acceptance of that equipment and warranty confirmation.
• Dispute Resolution Board Foundation Membership – Offering 45 years of experience in general construction to assist owners, general contractors and subcontractors with resolution of construction issues.
