We can provide Building Information Modeling (BIM) to process real-time, dynamic building modeling by employing professional modeling personnel. This process will increase productivity in building design and construction coordination between architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems. BIM encompasses building geometry, spatial relationships, geographic information, quantities and properties of building components. The BIM process provides 5-D modeling concepts. Establishing coordination meetings with all construction disciplines on a monthly basis offers the owner and general contractor the knowledge that system component clashes will be eliminated prior to the construction process starting. Thus, a major cost savings is realized by all participants in a project.

On larger projects we have recognized that construction management tires over time. We have taken projects from “Construction Done” where the General Contractor perceives completion yet, the Owner perceives the project as "Occupant Ready", even though Occupancy Acceptance is acknowledged by inspection authorities.

Being a member of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation provides the participants in construction projects the ability to resolve claims without litigation and court costs. Our knowledge of construction processes and understanding of typical construction impacts can be mitigated if we are employed early in the project for third party construction site reviews. Again, cost savings to all parties is realized through this process.
